Shipping policy
Standard Shipping Times:
- UK: 2-4 working days
- Mainland Europe: 10-14 working days
- International: 2-3 working weeks
Order Fulfilment: We aim to fulfil orders on the same day they are placed. However, please note that we are closed on Mondays and cannot ship orders over the weekend.
Order Tracking: Customers should use the tracking information provided to check the status of their order. This is the quickest and most accurate way to stay updated on your shipment.
Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the stated time frame, please contact us via our contact page. We are here to assist you and resolve any issues.
Courier Responsibility: While we regularly monitor updates that may affect delivery times, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by the courier. Any delivery issues are the responsibility of the courier.
Damaged Products: Whilst we do our utmost to protect your product in transit, occasional accidents do happen. In the unfortunate event that your order has arrived damaged please contact us by email in the first instance. Please include any photographs of the damaged packaging prior to opening and the damaged product itself.
